Working in the Hardware Test Engineering Group (Final Testing), the primary focus of the role is troubleshoot/assembly of multi-disciplinary state of the art technologies (electro-optical complex products) in board and system levels.  In addition the test engineer will perform comprehensive system integration tests as part of product life cycle. The secondary focus of the role is to support R&D for testing/validation of the next generation products & designing the process and tools to test the hardware, PCB platform and peripherals. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with ambition to tackle technical challenging problems whilst simultaneously developing new skills on state of the art technologies.

Lead the RMA & FA (Failure analysis) activities inside the company.Perform manual and automatic tests and analyze measurement results.Work with hardware platform and peripheral hardware products to perform testing, soldering, mechanical assembly, etc.Lead and enable a smooth and fast new products transition from R&D to production (in-house & subcontractors) by Integrating all Operations & R&D functions.Promote operation aspects during the early phases of the product development.Responsibility of ATP documentation preparation and maintenance.Introduce the process, tools, and test fixtures to test a proprietary hardware & PCB platform, along with peripherals.

Background in the Telecommunication industry.SC in Electronics Engineering/ senior practical engineer.5 years of experience in high-tech CompanyExperience with HW/SW testing and debugging telecom boards – MustKnowledge and experience of Engineering methodologies definition and documentation: ECO process, GA process, Configuration Control and Item creation (Agile/Arena) – AdvantageIn-depth knowledge of OS such as UNIX, Linux – Mustknowledge of Boundary scan technologies (JTAG) – MustAbility to read schematics/HW test solutions to meet DFM/DFT requirements, with self-learning abilities.Excellent problem solving skills and a positive attitude.Experience of scripting tools such as Teraterm / Arduino.Knowledge of HW such as FPGA, PHY/MAC, PCI, SPI/I2C, NP.Collaborative; will help others accomplish tasks and comfortable stretching his/her limits.products transition from R&D to production (in-house & subcontractors) – Mustbackground in the electro-optic field – AdvantageExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent as team player/interpersonal relationship.
