Position: Technical Support Engineer

Description:
Secure islands is looking for Support Engineer to join our support group.
The right candidate will have high level of technical knowledge, and will ensure complete customer satisfaction at all times of all external worldwide.
Provide hands-on support and technical issue resolution via phone, Email, remote session and On-site.
Monitor and analyze the customer and IT support tickets by area and implement action plans and escalation procedures to address problematic areas.
Willingness to work monday-friday.
1. Excellent Customer Service experience as technical support engineer - at least 2 years
2. A passion for customer service, and a willingness to stand up for the customer within the organisation
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Experience with Microsoft environment - must, (AD, Exchange, SQL,VM- advantage)
5. Ability to be on call 24x7, ability to work off routine hours on occasion (Weekend and nights shifts)
6. Excellent oral and written English communication skills
7. Experience writing scripts- advantage
8. European passport – advantage
