Description:

Ongage is looking for a talented Customer Support Manager to become part of our support team. As a part of the ongoing job, the ideal candidate will perform customer support tasks for Ongage innovative SaaS email marketing platform. Reports to: Customer Support Department Manager
Our ideal candidate would be expected to fully understand the depth of the email vertical and our target customers, both marketers and email vendors, in order to turn as many entities as possible from this audience group into qualified leads who will join Ongage platform.
Duties:
Be part of the customer support team of the company
Handle incoming supports calls of existing customers
Work closely with the R&D, QA, Sales and Marketing departments to resolve and address customer needs
Be proactive with initiating activities that will assist in handling and lowering support calls and tickets overhead
24/7 availability to answer customer support calls (shifts based)
Willing to work 10 hours a day 10:00-20:00 and be available after office hours
Qualifications Needed
We're looking for a goal-driven, analytically-minded, customer success, enthusiastic and experienced customer support person.
A must
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support department
• Technical understanding in web products and environments
• Excellent service skills
• Organized and details oriented
• Team player who knows to work with people from different disciplines
Advantage
• Sales/pre-sale orientation
• HTML, HTTP, JavaScript knowledge
• Operating other SaaS platforms
• In-depth knowledge of the online advertising space , AD-TECH vertical & Email Marketing vertical
• In-depth knowledge of the AD-TECH vertical
• Experience with the Email Marketing vertical
Personal Skills
• Native English or ultra-high level of English communication abilities (most of the company’s clients are based internationally and in the US in specific)
• Quick learning abilities, great people skills, highly organized, methodological and 24/7 availability.
