Position: IT Administrator/ IT Specialist

Description:
Provide IT helpdesk support services including laptops and desktops running Windows, Linux and Mac for (currently, about 60 users in Israel and the US)
Responsible for selection, acquisition, configuration and installation of all computer workstations and peripherals including desktop and laptop systems
Responsible for the local area network (LAN) administration
Support of IP telephony system including the additions of new phone lines, acquisition of replacement equipment and administration of the phone system.
Maintains adequate hardware and software inventory for all devices.
Required Experience
Strong working knowledge and experience in providing helpdesk support to users .
Troubleshooting skills for network, hardware and software issues.
Working experience with VOIP systems.
Desired Skills
Able to work with users in different levels and establish effective working relationship.
Good self-learning ability and ability to prioritize planned and unplanned tasks.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
