Description:

NeoGames- a leading international online gaming company is seeking a Platforms Product Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Managing NeoGames cross platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Affiliate system, BI, etc.
• Defining and characterizing new requirements based on product strategy and customer needs
• Writing feature and requirements documents - BRDs, PRDs
• Working closely with multiple departments at NeoGames: CRM and Analysis, B2C, Compliance and Support, Technologies, etc.
• Escorting the products in its whole lifecycle until launch and managing the ongoing analysis and optimization phases
• Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and its performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /software engineering/information systems or Industrial engineering
• At least 3 years' experience in product management or system analysis (including writing feature and requirements documents)
• Experience in product management of Backend and CRM tools
• Experience from an internet company ( gaming industry- big advantage)
• Experience working with mission critical systems with millions of users - an advantage
• Experience in Information Security – advantage
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
• Analytical skills- ability to produce reports and present conclusions
• Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills
• Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking
• Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment
