Established in 2009, the company employs over 300 individuals across its three offices and animation studios.
Plarium’s games are currently available on all major social networks, including Facebook, Google+, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki and Mail.ru.
The Business Performance department is responsible for enhancing the business success of Plarium by ensuring excellence in the performance of all business aspects including: marketing, games & product design, retention, monetization etc…
The department builds, operates and optimizes the processes across the entire company through top of the art analytical capabilities & product understanding.
Develop mission critical BI applications to support business decisions. Work with DevOps engineers and Sys. Analysts to create BI systems, supporting the BI requirements of the business units.
Responsibilities:

Develop BI solutions using data from our Big Data platform to support the business objectives;
Work with DevOps engineers and Sys. Analysts to create BI systems, from ETL through DWh to dashboard;
Support BI applications vis-à-vis business users, providing guidance for power users and ensuring high levels of satisfaction across the organization;
Work with a heterogeneous group of users across organization levels and countries.
Professional requirements:

3+ years of solid BI development, including ETL, modeling and visualization (reporting / dashboards);
Solid Understanding of Data Warehouse and Multi-Dimensional concepts;
Experienced working with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Vertica) is a big plus;
Experience with Tableau – a big advantage;
Games background - an advantage.

Able to multi-task while working with multiple parties;
Team Player who works well with others;
Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
Isn't daunted by technical problems, finds creative solutions for tool limitations.
