The company is funded by Cedar Fund and Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavours and has offices in New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam, Tel Aviv, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Japan.

We are looking for a superstar Big Data Team Leader to join a small and uniquely strong team that is focused on building innovative software-as-a-service analytics platform. You will have the opportunity to design and develop a challenging large scale data driven system.

B.Sc in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
3+ years experience as team leader
6+ years experience developing and deploying large-scale distributed systems
4+ years experience in large scale, production, server side development on the JVM
Gather and process big data at scale (including ETL, ROLAP, etc.)
Strong database querying and reporting abilities in SQL or SQL-like languages
Hands-on experience with common open-source and Java technologies. (Spring, Hibernate, Maven etc.)
Experience with multithreading/multiprocessing (Distributed Algorithms)
Experience working with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop/Spark/Kafka/HBase/Cassandra/Redis/Memcached — very significant advantage
Experience in web-scale cloud/SaaS environments and technologies — AWS, micro services, cloud deployments, continuous delivery — very significant advantage
