Description:
Generate sales and bring in budgets with direct digital advertisers (70% of the role) and international agencies (30% of the role). Search, contact and interact with potential advertisers. Develop relationship through prospecting (direct prospecting is a strong aspect of the role), cold calling, presenting, negotiating, contract closing and execution.
Meet and over achieve sales goals.
Build, recruit and guide your own team of sales managers.
Broad and diverse online advertising sales experience required.
Deep familiarity of online media and performance-based advertising – a must.
The role will also entail an element of account management, although the successful candidate will recruit his own account managers’ team with time.
The role requires the maintenance of solid customer relationships as well as outstanding customer service.
The candidate is expected to assist in ensuring customers pay their invoices.
Willingness to work flexible hours, after hours client entertainment is expected.
Mandatory – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Mandatory – English language proficiency at a high level: both written and verbal.
Mandatory – At least 3 years’ experience in advertising sales with a proven track record at similar ad network.
Mandatory – Possess established client contacts and relationships with direct advertisers and International agencies from a similar ad network (Matomy, YBrant, Marimedia, TLV, Mars, DMG, etc.) – a must!
Mandatory – MS office proficiency
Advantage – Advanced Excel skills
Advantage – experience in media buying, PPC, Performance optimization
Advantage – experience with download companies engaged in INTL performance based products
High analytic skills, sales abilities, and leadership
