Position: IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced information technology manager, who will maintain information technology strategies by managing staff, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

Set the company strategy around IT frameworks, applications, and business solutions.
Develop and lead worldwide IT standards.
Drive relationships with our business partners on IT related matters, ensuring that the business has the tools and frameworks to drive efficiency and productivity
Effectively manage key company projects and initiatives such as new system implementations, new hardware and software product launches & system life cycle changes, etc.
Support and manage users and infrastructure requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems / equivalent
At least 3-5 years’ hands on experience + 1-2 years of people management experience
Knowledge of information technology computer systems and software along with the ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations.
Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting and working cross functionally with various departments.
Proficient in Windows OS administration (7/8, MAC and Windows Server 2008/2012)
Experience in VMware virtualization
Experience building scripted installations for server products
Experience in administration and operation of SVN and build systems – advantage
Linux knowledge – advantage
Strong execution mentality, self-starter and strong team player
