hereO is a fast growing start-up that offers the first complete end-to-end family location service, comprised of the hereO GPS watch and pairing app.
As Customer Support, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through all of the company's communication channels, which includes e-mail, telephone and social media.
You will be responsible for providing our potential and current customers with the best Customer Support experience possible.
- Experience in Customer Service
- English at mother tongue level (must!) - additional languages (Spanish/ French) are an advantage
- Excellent writing skills
