The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for researching potential leads, finding decision makers and route potential opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development while achieving monthly and quarterly quota and providing timely and accurate reports.
The Lead Generation Manager
will engage over the phone and email to identify and verify decision maker contacts and add to the sales development pipeline to help in achieving sales development goals.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales development experience (inside sales, cold calling to decision makers and qualifying leads)
Native English speaker, or equivalent level
B2B sales experience – must, enterprise sales experience – great advantage
Proven track record to exceed quarterly quota through aggressive hunter mentality
Excellent phone & email communication skills
Methodological and organized
Experience with Salesforce.com- an advantage
