We are seeking a vibrant, eager producer who is excited about the game industry, and who will help us launch Jelly’s next hit game. We are looking for someone who likes getting their “hands dirty” and working closely with all departments. Someone to have a significant part in shaping our team’s inner communications and workflow; to help lead and coordinate the team in meaningful ways throughout the inception of the game to the launch, and beyond.
Jelly Button Games is currently home to 35 unicorns. Our first title - Pirate Kings - has been featured on both iOS and Android, and has been at the top charts in over 6 countries. We are a top industry competitor in the area, and are successfully penetrating huge international territories at a rapid rate. All games are 100% in-house production.
You are a perfectionist who is passionate about planning things and then watching them go smoothly. You will coordinate production cycles (sprints) with product/art/dev teams. You will supervise a whole game production phase (at least 6 months) for Jelly’s next hit game that will be played by millions of players around the world. If this sound good, you might be the killer game producer we are looking for.

Integrating art, R&D and product teams
Translating product requirements to art and R&D tasks
Building project timelines and tasks, then monitoring them
Owning sprints’ reviews and retrospectives

2-3 years in game producer roles
Experience in gaming industry or mobile B2C products
Experience in working with art and R&D functions
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
Experience with project management tools (Jira or similar)
Team player
Multitasker
Control freak
Assertive
Great communication and people skills.
Past experience in project management (advantage)
