Description:

SQream Technologies is looking for a QA Team Leader.
The position includes leading the QA directly and managing the team’s activities:
Key Responsibilities
Designing and Developing test plans and scenarios
Ensure that test conditions, verifications, validation criteria, and expected results successfully meet the business and technical requirements
Test new technology solutions through the test plans and scenarios
Perform regression cycles, functional tests and data tests
Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation per all project standards
Desired Background
3-5 years QA Testing experience
2 years of management experience
Experience with different Automation tools
Thorough knowledge in Linux, Windows OS
Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle and release management processes
Good knowledge in SQL
Good knowledge in Databases
Ability to work in matrix environment
Strong English verbal and written communications skills
