In this very significant and important role, CoolaData is looking for an excellent Customer Success Managers with an ambition to make a difference. You will impact in a very direct way our business both from revenue and product aspects. You should be experienced in working with customers starting from onboarding, through increase of usage and adoption that will lead to a high probability of renewal. You will join our sales team, managing customers in the EMEA and US market. You must have passion for customer service and customer satisfaction. Well organized and a great person to work with. On top of all, have fun in an exciting work environment.
Champions that have proven track record in managing customers from onboarding phase to ongoing recurring use
Familiarity with BI solutions with knowledge of SQL
A highly talented energized person, ability to quickly get up to speed on and begin managing accounts
Main duties:
Customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal
Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in CoolaData and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Convey client feedback to CoolaData’s product team
Manage your customer relationships as strategic portfolio assets
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst or DBA or Product Manager for a data-driven business
Know how to SQL – a MUST
Understand BI and/or analytic systems
Native English / English as mother tongue – a MUST
Ability to understand technology and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner
Energetic, passionate, tenacious with excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be organized, with outstanding attention to detail. Results orientated with high work ethic
Possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities
B.A or equivalent degree
