As Como's R&D director you will lead, manage and empower the development teams (currently 15 employees) and work closely with the VP R&D, product managers & QA team. You will be responsible for designing, building and delivering our product. Participate in the strategic decisions regarding technologies, definitions, and implementations of the product. Embed new technologies and frameworks, as well as agile development methodologies and processes.
