The platform incorporates state-of-the art routing and scheduling, advanced work process automation, flexible customer and partner communications capabilities, and robust reporting and business intelligence. The Microsoft CRM Developer is responsible for the development aspects of the company’s core product and its related modules and products.
This position requires a firm understanding of MS CRM and its integration points; the chosen candidate will deliver solutions to customers based on their business and design requirements, providing quality and industry best practices, following software development coding standards. The Developer must possess knowledge of the MS CRM workflow for workflow design, using best practices to ensure successful development to client satisfaction.
Candidates are required to possess a minimum of six of the following skillsets to augment the core requirements above:
C# Development
Plug-ins
SDK
Workflow extensions
.Net Web Page development
.Net Web Service development
JavaScript screen extensions
Reports SSRS
Desired Skills and Experience
3-5 years Microsoft development experience
Experience with C#, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, DHTML, IIS 6 + 7, ADO, XML and XSL
C# is critical. Must be able to create C# based extension to CRM. User Interface Experience is required.
2+ years of JavaScript experience, strong understanding of JavaScript
2+ years of Microsoft Reporting Server experience
Solid understanding of creating reports with the SSRS
2+ years of Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience with Microsoft CRM Certifications strongly preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Solutions (SharePoint, Lync, SQL, Exchange, etc.)
Knowledge of Scribe software a plus
Knowledge of AdxStudio portals technology a plus
Knowledge of Resco Mobile CRM a plus
