These apps are sold on the Google Apps Marketplace and used by different types of customers all over the world. The company engages in B2B sales and support services while coordinating the development and constant integration of new apps.

Our startup is seeking a Spanish speaking Account Manager who will engage Spanish Google Apps customers. Account Managers will be responsible for the following activities:
Supporting Sales questions from website visitors, email enquiries, incoming phone calls and chat
Contacting customers who have installed our applications to guide them through the product and encourage them to purchase the apps
Setting up and sending email marketing campaigns
Scheduling online demos of our apps for our new and existing customers
Follow up with customers until retention
Using our Customer Relationship Management System for reporting exchanges with customers
Support customer issues (less than 10%)

The ideal candidate will speak fluent, mother tongue Spanish with very high level English.
Prior sales experience is not necessary, but a major advantage
Rigorous, thorough and detail oriented
Easy-going, gregarious character
Interested in working in a dynamic, international high tech environment

ull-time and part time applications are accepted
Shifts are flexible. Covering morning, afternoon and night hours
Part time shifts: 35 - 55 shekels/hour
Full time shifts: 5,000 shekels/month base salary + up to 4,500 shekels/month in bonuses
