Technical Support

Position: Technical Support

Location: Herzlija

Description:

You will be in charge of managing our technical support from end to end. You will be working closely with our R&D, Product and Marketing teams.

You need to be available 1 day a week for working from the office, and be available as needed from home to support our products.

* Providing technical support for our products.
* Interacting with customers from all over the world to resolve technical issues.
* Working with the Bizzabo team to excel in problem solving.
* Redirecting problems to appropriate resource.
* Working 1 day a week from the office.
* Full availability working from home.
* Internet access.

* 1st or 2nd year computer science students.
* Background in programing/QA/system – big advantage.
* Great communication skills.
* Fluent written and verbal English.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* Effective listening skills.
* Amazing team player.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently when needed.
