The Solution Architect will oversee the deployment of Secure Islands’ solutions with a goal of ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Solution Architect will serve as the technical focal point for customers, from design, through rollout and implementation. In addition, the Solution Architect will be responsible to:

Conduct technical and business security policy workshops with both high level business executives and IT personnel
Deliver quality service engagements and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot technical issues with the help of the support and R&D Teams
Understand complex security and business requirements and address them effectively
Present the added value of a suitable solution to customers

Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience in a similar position (solution architect, post- sale)
Strong technical skills and proven experience working with security products, Windows, IT security, Active Directory.
Experience in designing and managing complex IT/security projects
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (additional languages - advantage)
Excellent interpersonal skills, at ease working in a client environment, representations
Highly motivated, driven and passionate about technology
A self-starter, capable of being highly productive while on the road
Willing to travel up to 50%
European passport – a significant advantage
