WalkMe is looking for a super smart Professional Services Team leader!
In this position you’ll be providing directions, instructions and guidance to a PS team for creating complicated walk-throughs using the company product (On time and on target).

-Manage everyday PS operations and tasks
-Manage the team's relationships with different department in the company
-Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
-Provide any training and mentoring that team members need
-Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
-Listen to team members' feedback
-Create reports to update the company on the team's tasks progress.

- one/two year experiences managing a team is a must!!
- Internet Savvy(Facebook/mails/windows/office)
- Strong technical skills (HTML, Javascript) – a Major Plus.
- The right person must be pro-active, curious, professional, motivated and organized.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, client-focused environment.
- Fluent English is a MUST, other languages are an advantage.
- UX background is a big advantage.
