Description:

Oracle System division is looking for a sales expert, who is self-motivated team player, excellent in creating and maintaining executive-level, strategic relationships, while developing new business within the business sector.

He/she will be responsible and accountable for growth, value, strategy, and satisfaction within a number of elite customers and accomplishes those objectives through relationship management, cross-selling, innovation, leadership and financial management.
Effective in utilising Oracles internal resources, understands client needs, and proposes innovative strategies to the customers.

• Good high level understanding of server, storage, services, software and network based technology

• Own the highest possible relationships in the account while driving a bottom up relationship strategy with all those in contact with the client
• Maintain revenue and increase market share from the account base
• Collaborate with colleagues across Oracles other lines of business
• Relate the customer business requirements to  Oracle's team members and management
• Conduct sales presentations for customers and related partners
• Build and manage a sustained pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Achieve client satisfaction to agreed levels and pushing out competitors
• Lead negotiations with client to ensure that business/contractual relationships are developed and sustained and that all engagements-business remains profitable.
• Develop an understanding of the customer's industry, business challenges, competitive strategy and the impact of potential future changes.
• Lead a matrixed team of Oracle and Partner selling resources.

• High education degree (BA, BS)
• Strong business attitude
• A broad understanding of IT Technologies and how they relate to current business challenges
• Thorough understanding of complex solution sales cycle and a proven track record of successful solution selling, including high level negotiation skills
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with preference to IT infrastructures, including specific experience in selling to C levels
• Good knowledge of the Israeli market and experience selling to major accounts in the market
• Excellent verbal and written communication, Hebrew and English
• Interpersonal and team work skills
• Client-focused individual: Ability to translate client ‘needs’ into solutions with a high level of responsiveness, follow- through and execution of commitments.
• Strong leader, technically and otherwise, with a results-oriented attitude
• Self-motivator with the ability to work independently
• Strong initiative spirit, able to identify opportunities and associated risk
• Flexible, open-minded, creative and adaptive to change
