What you bring
Excellent written communication skills with English at mother tongue level.
Experience in technical support (tier 1 + 2).
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to assist customers with product usage; Patience and a strong customer service attitude.
Energetic, quick learner, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
Native speakers of European languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or other) – advantage.
