Position: Consumer Support Team Member

Description:

• Learn everything about a #1 security product in its market and give technical support to the customers installing it. Troubleshoot problems in the security software world and help prevent financial fraud.
• 8-hour shifts, including night and weekend shifts. Suited for those who are motivated to enter the high-tech or software world even without technical background. Basic Qualifications
• Native fluent English speakers - a must.
• Experience in system/IT/any technical unit.
• Good technical approach.
• Problem-solving skills are required along with the ability to work independently.
• Good writing and communication skills, orderly, responsible.
• Full time position (full - 5 shifts a week 24/7).
