Inneractive is looking for hungry campaign performance manager who will deliver the best ROI for our mobile advertisers. As a Mobile Performance Manager you will be responsible to maintain and develop the activities of the company's performance advertisers.
You should be creative, results-oriented with a passion for what mobile advertising can bring to advertisers and a drive to exceed goal and achieve at the highest standard of bringing the best ROI to the client and the company.
You will report to IA360 Director, and work closely with peers within the IA360 team.
Work with IA360 active advertisers: DR (Direct respond) clients, mobile advertising agencies, ad networks, performance agencies.
Inhale to maximize the advertisers ROI targets, by using various analyze and optimize tools.
Find new media sources through media buying that will leverage the performance results.
Explore and find new methods of optimization for reaching the best ROI.
Manage client relationships through day-to-day contact with the client, look for opportunities to up-sell, and ensure clients receive superior customer service.
Demonstrate technical media skills and product knowledge.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Experience in online/ mobile companies, dealing with campaign performance optimization.
Experience with media buying for performance campaigns- Advantage.
Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem- Advantage.
Ability to interpret and look at things analytically, understanding of numbers and enjoyment of their Interpretation.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner.
Great English – a must.
Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality.
Motivated self-starter, always one step ahead.
Ability to strive in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
BA in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields.
