Description:

We are looking for a Media Manager to lead, maintain and develop the activities of the IA360 media, aligned to the different revenue streaming’s. The Media Manager is responsible to find new media sources following the advertisers recruitment and throughout the client lifecycle.

You should be a creative, results-oriented media buyer with passion for what mobile advertising can bring to advertisers and publishers. Finally, you should drive to exceed goals and achieve the highest standards and the best ROI to the client and the company.

Create and stabilize the media arena in IA360 - methodologies, business orientation and media buying.
Work with IA360 active publishers: Internal (Inneractive SSP), and externals- direct publishers, ad networks, DSP’s, and mobile advertisers companies.
Recruit new media sources aligned to IA360 revenue streaming and business needs.
Responsible to all the tech / Ad Operation side of IA360.
Articulate IA360's overall business objectives and value proposition to the publishers- aligned to revenue streaming.
Improve IA360 exchange and programmatic trading capabilities while maximizing revenue and profit.
Maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees and external clients.
Maximize all opportunities in the process of client’s managements, resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.

Business Development / Sales experience.
Media buying experience – Advantage.
Experience in International mobile/online marketing or online sales – advantage.
Technical skills (Advantage to and/or adtech experience).
Excel proficient.
Excellent English.
Internet savvy and computer skilled.
Excellent personal communication skills.
High motivation and dedication.
