Responsibilities
Check Point is looking for an Application Support administrator to join the MIS applications permissions
The position include:
Handle all permissions (Enable new user’s permissions, Disable permissions during “terminations”, change authorizations based on requests.
Maintain the matrix of permissions and positions.
First level support for MIS applications.
Handle all type of first level issues related to the applications, and solve them with QA/development teams. Learn new features and modules while being released.
In order to have full coverage of working hours and give a quick respond for tickets which are opened during working hours in US we plan to have students on night shift, Monday- Thursday: 16:00- 00:00, Friday: 10:00- 16:00
