As our head of sales you'll report directly to the CEO, shaping the company's product strategy and be part of our decision making team (more about us here).
The objective of this role is to drive sales and adoption of our product with our first clients, and to help our solution become a mission critical, irreplaceable part of our their production environments.
You will be responsible for designing the company's sales processes, and hiring a world-class sales team. You'll identify and direct high impact product and business issues, working closely as part of the leadership team.
Requirements
5+ years selling to customers (preferably SaaS) in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
Experience in a player / coach role, building and managing a team of representatives.
Verified experience in building a sales pipeline.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, and have successfully applied these in inside sales.
Develop and cultivate relationships with reference accounts.
Experience engaging with and selling to developer organizations.
Well organized, can engage with many customers at the same time.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment highly desired.
Have excellent communication and closing skills, and have successfully applied these in inside sales.
