BIG PLUS:

Knowledge and experience in Ruby on Rails
Experience with client side technologies including HTML/CSS/Javascript/JQuery.
Experience with large production databases (we currently use MySQL and MongoDB)
Ability to architect and design components of scalable modern web applications
Experience in writing tests (specs) and a TDD mind set is a plus
