QA Engineer

Position: QA Engineer

Description:

Acquire intimate knowledge with the product in hand and its operation
Ensure quality and completeness of the software
modules delivered by the development team
Work with product owner and software developers to create detailed test specs
Analyze and troubleshoot product failures
Initiate constant improvements to the related products
Participate in the QA testing activities
Work with the R&D team to develop automatic tests

At least 2 years of experience testing complex, large scale web applications
Wide acquaintance with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and HTTP protocol sniffing
Analytic approach for troubleshooting and problem solving
Work knowledge in SQL and database testing procedures – a plus
Experience with writing scripts – a plus
Experience in .Net or Java – Clear advantage
Experience with test automation tools – a plus
Should have a passion for technology and quality
Should be a team player and self-motivated
Experience in writing test documents (STD)
Very good English skills
Past experience within the online advertising space – a plus
BSc in computer science or related discipline – a plus
