Description:

Moovit is growing rapidly around the world. We are looking for a strong data/growth analyst who is passionate about mining data to find insightful patterns amongst the big data noise.
As a key member of the product team, you will help identify and answer important product questions using appropriate statistical techniques on available data, and play a significant role in shaping and advancing Moovit's mobile and web products.
The ideal candidate should thrives at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing with a hunger to make products grow.

Acquire, clean and structure data from multiple sources
Leverage data to understand our products in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement of Moovit users
Work both on core Moovit product features and offsite marketing channels like SEO, SEM, and email
Support ongoing business performance & trends analyses as required to inform management decisions

2+ years experience doing quantitative analysis, preferably for a web or mobile company
Strong interest and comfort in working with data
Excellent knowledge of SQL
Excellent Excel skills
Experience with QlickView - a plus
BS/MS in BS/MS in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Informatin Systems Engineering, Economics, etc
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment
Ability to process and analyze complex data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions
Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
