Description:

RedisLabs is looking for a Director of Marketing Automation with lots of drive and energy to help build a world class marketing automation “machine” and database to support our growing global organization.

As our Director of Marketing Automation you will have ownership over the design, quality assurance, execution, measurement, and maintenance of automated marketing programs using Marketo and Salesforce.com. You will work closely with sales and marketing to maximize the effectiveness of marketing automation to drive both quantity and quality of leads, to improve conversion opportunities. This position currently reports to the CEO and will be performed from our offices in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.

You will be responsible for:

Leading definition and implementation of automated processes for leads, contacts and accounts between our proprietary backend system, CRM System (salesforce.com) and marketing automation platform (Marketo). Working across the organization to ensure alignment, integration and consistency between the three.
Designing lead generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, and automated communication programs.
Segmenting and leveraging the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting. Distillation of data from analytics and implementation of improvements to our lead generation programs.
Successfully executing global email marketing campaigns via Marketo – build, monitor deliverability and bounce rates, optimize, and analyze performance. Look into product enhancements, resolve spam trap hits, and develop an overall policy on email marketing,
Staying abreast of new marketing automation and operations strategies and technologies.
Think out of the box and create, find, develop new concepts to reduce the sales cycle and improve conversion rate through the funnel.

To be amazing at your job you will need:

4+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations and/or demand generation in a high growth B2B environment, including campaign creation, testing and optimization
4+ years proven hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com, including using campaigns, sophisticated nurture paths, e-mail list pulls, scoring, profiling, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or other technology related field. Demonstrated experience working closely with sales to understand sales issues and creatively solve them using marketing automation
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand.
Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal, with presence and credibility.
