GreenRoad is looking for an OSS Team member to provide front-line support to an innovative product. It is the responsibility of the OSS Team member to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that affect the availability and quality of our system.
You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills to identify, isolate, and resolve routine to very complex system and process issues. You will need to communicate with technical staff to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and have very strong technical, communication, and organizational skills within a fast-paced and exciting environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate, creative, and flexible, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy solving technical issues.

Hands on approach to getting work done
Able to work independently and make decisions Demonstrated ability managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated passion for troubleshooting issues
A strong sense of empathy with customers
High level competency of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
