Description:

You will serve as an integral part of the senior management team and be responsible for leading and managing our whole development team, while working with a variety of technologies (cloud servers, native mobile clients, web frontend & backend, 3rd party integrations etc.). The role includes participating in strategic technology and business decisions, translating requirements to action items, researching and embedding new technologies, assigning tasks, managing team members and workflows, hands on coding, and most importantly - getting things done!
You will have the benefit of working with unique technologies while implementing systems that scale up to many millions of users, with advanced capabilities in big data collection and analysis and of course, seeing your work going live in tens of thousands of businesses.

Desired Skills and Experience

Professional Requirements:
* Hands on programmer, with extensive experience in OOD in several platforms and languages
* Experience in leading software development teams
* Extensive experience with web technologies
* Experience in scalable server-side development
* Experience in design and implementation of complex DB systems

Advantages:

* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Google App Engine / Amazon) - advantage
* Experience with mobile app development (Android, iOS) - advantage
