We are looking for a talented Big Data Software Engineer to join our strong big-data team. In this role you will get the opportunity to turn data into revenue. You will take a key part in building Amobee’s Data Management Platform (DMP), designing and developing big data software and infrastructure for analytics, user profile database and more…

We are looking for a talented person who shares our passion for elegant and scalable solutions to challenging, large-scale problems; and developing systems to create significant value for our customers. In addition, you should have a certain curiosity to dive into the available data and enjoy searching for patterns / problems / new insights.

Job Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in Java server side development
Strong technical skills, deep understanding in architecture, data structures and algorithms
Strong analytical abilities and exceptional problem-solving skills
Understanding of techniques and practices to handle and analyze large volumes of data
Some experience in working in big-data technologies: VLDB, NoSQL, Hadoop, Hbase and alike
Deep understanding of application performance and monitoring aspects
Familiar with Linux OS
