Position: Web Engineer - Front End Development with emphasis on Web UI/UX

Description:

The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years Web development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or a combination of equivalent education, experience, and/or training.
Thorough understanding of cross browser development and testing.
Experience with interface design principles and tools including Photoshop.
Experience building rich AJAX driven applications.
Understanding of OO Programming and Design Patterns.
Experience with Bleeding edge Web Technologies like HTML5 and Coffescript is preferred.
Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS and HTML/XHTML: 1.Proficiency with JQuery 2.Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks.
Prototyping / wire framing.
Command of revision control tools : subversion and git.
Thorough and organized.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with technology, product management, and business team members to define and refine requirements.
Implement and test new system components and features.
Integrate user interface features with external components via various Web Service protocols, such as REST and SOAP.
Work with designers to ensure creative choices are compatible with user experience goals.
Implementation of UI interaction behaviors in JavaScript.
Prepare all necessary system documentation to facilitate QA and release processes.
