Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Java
Knowledge of at least one additional programming language: Groovy/Ruby/Scala/Python
Deep architectural understanding of web applications
Good understanding of working in modern CI environment: version control, build tool, CI server
Good Understanding of CS concepts such as: concurrent programming, common data structures and algorithms, profiling/optimization
Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
Self-management and ability to work collaboratively across departments
Superior relationship management and communication skills are required
Knowledge of Open Source libraries, tools and frameworks
Excitement for the latest trends in application design
Interest to learn more about new languages and frameworks
Superior creative and innovative problem-solving skills
