Position: Senior Customer Relationship Analysts

Description:

Using data mining and BI tools to analyze customer data and make recommendations to sales, PS and customer service initiatives. Customer relationship analysis is a strategically important activity, helping the company build and maintain the customer loyalty that underpins long-term revenue and profitability. The aim of the work is to produce a flow of ideas and tasks to the teams of the PS group and be able to classify the idea and tasks what is the responsibility of the sales and what the responsibility of the PS. In addition to working part of the process to begin to build the customer repository.
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree preferred
Superior analytical skills.
2-5 years experience as a business analyst, with emphasis on quantitative reasoning, statistical and analytical modeling, and operations reporting
2-5 years experience in performing analysis using MS SQL or SAS
Experience working with all departments of an organization to find/gather necessary data
Knowledge of business intelligence system functions
Strong ad-hoc SQL query development skills, working knowledge of relational databases, and experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Strong Excel financial modeling skills, data mining, extraction, transformation, and validation testing
Preferred strong statistical background.
Data warehousing, business intelligence and reporting experience required.
Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
