Onboarding, training and troubleshooting for our clients using the SaaS Platform
Nurturing and growing accounts by proactively looking for ways to improve client’s performance and by cross selling across the SocialClicks’ product lines
Building and maintaining communication and rapport with our customers
Troubleshooting client issues while providing outstanding service on our Support Desk
Monitoring and analyzing performance data to understand the goals and results of the advertising campaigns run by the company’s clients along with a strong written and verbal ability to communicate the results
Technical and strategic advising based on a deep understanding of Facebook advertising and the SAAS platform
Keeping up to date with Facebook and advertising industry developments
Availability to be on call for major client issues for the Support Desk during off business hours such as the weekends
At least 2 years of experience as a B2B account manager
Great personal relationship building and troubleshooting skills
Ability to evaluate performance metrics, observe trends and draw correct conclusions
Superior time-management and organizational skills
B.A. from an accredited university or college
Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus
