At least 5 years C programming experience in embedded software environments
Good understanding of RTOS design concepts
Good understanding of CPU subsystem (CPU modes, exceptions, MPU/MMU, cache) and interfacing with peripheral hardware
Experience with ARM architecture
Wide system level understanding
Independent, capable of taking a technical lead on new products/projects
Customer engagement
