Inneractive is looking for a kick-ass Java Server Developer with high throughput and large scale distributed web environment expertise. We are looking for passionate people who care about quality code and are excited to build an amazing advertisement exchange with cutting edge technologies in a high volume production environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), or a veteran of a technological army unit.
At least 7 years' Java experience working in high throughput and large scale distributed web environment, involving scaling and performance challenges.
Smart, interdisciplinary, fast learner and a team player.
Need to know the way around SQL databases and can comfortably craft queries.
Strong experience with Java server development and cloud services.
Complex event processing experience is a strong advantage (EMR, Text, data mining and Statistics background) – a strong advantage.
Experience with Big data and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, OpenStack, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Kafka, Hbase etc’) – a strong advantage.
Knowledge with distributed in-memory architecture: using cache (Memcache, EHCache, etc’) – an advantage.
Scala/Akka experience – an advantage.
