Position: Software Team Leader

Description:
The Software Team Leader will lead a team of software engineers developing unique online advertising solutions.
We’re looking for a technical person that would be mainly hands on and take the technical ownership of the projects.
This person will guide and mentor his team members, work with relevant stakeholders in the company and providing support to customers.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
5+ years professional experience in Object oriented Java Software development
2+ years of experience hands on team lead, leading design, development and deployment. Candidates with strong technical skills and with project lead experience will also be considered
Good architectural knowledge – Multi threading, Design Patterns, distributed systems and coding standards
Experience and good knowledge of Java and web technologies (JavaScript, Ajax, …)
DB knowledge – SQL and design experience
Experience with big data platform and analytic solutions – Advantage
Experience with Linux – Advantage
Experience with Facebook API – Advantage
Experience with cloud solutions – Advantage
