Description:

Inneractive is looking for a NOC operator to join the Support team in the R&D department. This position is recommended for tech-oriented and/or students with excellent personal communication skills and high motivation. The NOC operator is expected to be available on phone and email during night/weekend shifts and provide initial support regarding technical and customer issues.

Willing to work in night and weekend shifts.
Independent and quick learner.
Excellent personal communication skills.
Ability to work with international and national customers (high level English is required).
Basic UNIX knowledge.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Know the way around databases (MySQL) and can comfortably craft queries – An advantage.
Computer Science student (or equivalent), or a veteran of a technological army unit – An advantage.
