Description:

Correlsense is looking for an independent, creative, hands-on IT Manager to plan, build and manage our current and future IT needs for this ambitious start-up.

Reporting directly to the COO, the successful candidate will be responsible for all IT functions including pre- and post-sales solutions support, building and maintaining work labs environments, desktops, telephony plus hardware and software infrastructure for technical and non-technical groups.

Review, improve and certify back-up/disaster recovery procedures and plans
Oversee IT planning and budgeting as well as daily IT/Helpdesk operations
All software license agreements
Maintain security and privacy of all information systems
Maintain integrity and continual operation of the IT fixed/wireless networks
Serve as primary contact with outside vendors
Ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and
Full responsibility of the company main site and product SAAS solution.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a service oriented, hands-on IT Manager
At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in complex environments
Ability to work in a very intense environment both as part of a team and independently
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communications skills (English/Hebrew)
Autodidact, independent , creative, flexible and innovative
Self-learner with ability to jump start technical projects and learn on-the-fly
Required Skills and Knowledge
Unix – Solaris , HPUX , AIX
Linux – installation, maintain, config, patch – Centos, Redhat
Windows – installation, maintain, configuration - server 2003 , server 2008, Windows 7
Amazon Services – EC2 , Route53 etc.
Web servers – Apache , Tomcat – installation , configuration , proxy
Scripting – Bash ,Perl
IT infra – AD , FW , Networking
Virtualization – VMWare (include vcenter)
Also Advantageous
Xen , Solaris Zones
Experience with bugzilla , svn, Jenkins
Google Apps
Experience in: IBM Web Sphere, Web logic. Oracle Forms
DB server (installation, maintain, configuration) – Oracle, MySQL, DB2, MS-SQL
