Position: Finance Director

Description:
Overall financial responsibility over Ceragon’s Cost of material, services budgets, operational costs and worldwide inventory levels.
Support in defining, developing and implementing global processes to harmonies the Order to Acceptance activities contributing to Revenue Growth, Gross Margin improvement Deliver financial leadership and assume full responsibility over delivery budget.
Establish and maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison in accordance to company policy.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the support functions, tools, systems and processes (Information Systems and Finance) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between the functions.
Upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, financial management standards and procedures.
Deliver performance management objectives, agreed business plans, budget and targets and report on factors impacting on the business.
Provide guidance to company relating to process implementation and adherence as required for the Global Delivery function.
Provide analytical support to the management team including development of internal management reporting capabilities.
Create a competent and well-motivated staff by managing their well-being and directing their training and ongoing development.
Work closely with peers and subordinates to achieve the overall company objectives in terms of process improvement with direct translation into reduced cost and increased customer satisfaction.
Managing a team of 6 employees in Israel.
Business or Accounting degree mandatory, a master’s in business administration is preferred, CPA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant progressive experience in a global environment.
Experience in cost accounting in production / manufacturing organization is preferred.
Excellent financial, quantitative, and analytical skills; Ability to understand and summarize highly complex deal structures.
Working experience in a company from the telecom industry is preferred.
Proven managerial experience, strong organizational, leadership and commercial skills.
Strong process orientation; well-structured and well organized, ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and adjust models in response to business events.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives.
Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise.
Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate both internally with the company and externally with customers and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, high integrity, professionalism, and with the ability to work well with others and eager to be successful, resourceful problem-solver.
Travel up on demand.
At least High level of English.
The position is locating in Israel and reporting to the COO which located in Israel as well.
