Position: Embedded software team leader

Location: Tel-Aviv

Description:

The candidate will lead a team developing the software for one of Ceragon’s products. It includes responsibility for the entire development lifecycle done by the team – software architecture, research, software design, development and testing.
The team is developing both in C and in C++.
The developed system is a complex embedded system.
The product is a high capacity microwave hauling radio, and Carrier Ethernet grade L2 switch.

BSc / BA in computer science or computer engineering – must.
At least 5 years of experience in C++ development and OO design over embedded software – must.
Experience in multithreading application design – must.
Experince with networking (L2/3/4-7) systems and protocols – strong advantage.
Experience with Linux operating system – strong advantage.
Capable of self-learning and working in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and a team player.
Capable of grasping an overall view of a complex embedded system.
Experience in managing an embedded software team is an advantage, but we are also willing to give the chance to a strong candidate with no managerial experience.
