Position: Technical Account Manager

Description:

we are looking for someone technical that comes from the IT integration of production systems DevOps. He need to be service
oriented and wants and like to work with customers. Please see the attached job

Lead all technical activities relating to customer integrations.
Provide post sales technical support and resolve customer cases.
Manage the ongoing technical relationship with the customer. Verify targets are met at the highest quality.
Analyze client performance and identify the optimization path moving forward.Develop scripts to automate, monitor, alert, and report on the production environment.

Industrial Engineering, information systems or Computer Science Degree.
1-3 years technical background as a DevOps engineer (Great advantage).
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce usable, maintainable documentation and excellent presentation.
Demonstrate problem solving abilities and initiative.
Familiarity with ASP.NET application installation & configuration.
Understanding of automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases of the application life-
cycle.
Experience/ Knowledge with build management and continuous integration tools (Advantage).
knowledge of networking as it relates to systems ,security ,TCP/IP, load balancing clusters, server load balancing, firewalls (Advantage)
Experience working with SQL (Advantage).
Knowledge of Windows Server OS and IIS Server (Advantage).
Ability to travel overseas for 15-25% of the time.
