As a Technical Support Engineer you will be an integral member of an international team, responsible for quickly providing email based customer service for technical and complex issues in a personal and dedicated way.

English at mother tongue level
Computer savvy, excellent typing and analytical skills
High preference for native speakers of European languages (French, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, other)
Energetic, quick learner, highly motivated, and detail oriented
Experience in technical support or system administration is an advantage
Graduate of leading IDF technical unit is an advantage
