Position: Platform Product Manager

Description:

The Product Manager is the leader and owner of his product domain. The product manager gathers and processes various business and marketing needs, delivering the industry leading management solution for the world’s top online gambling operators.
As Product Manager you will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; be a big-picture visionary, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
You will work as a member of the product team, and must be able to efficiently communicate with colleagues throughout the company as well as outside of it. You will work with development and delivery team members to define product release requirements. You will also work with the marketing communications team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. Additionally, you will serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Defining and collecting requirements, writing business requirements documents which contain justifications supported by on-going dialog with customers and cross company teams.
Driving a solution across development and delivery teams.
Product leadership in cross-company projects, characterized by multi-interface work, including inter-organizational interfaces as well as external factors.

A background as a user of Playtech IMS – huge advantage.
Operational/Product experience in the online gambling industry - big advantage.
2+ years of proven experience in software product management.
Experience in Payments or Marketing Operation - big advantage.
Technical background – a plus.
Willingness to travel to customer and company sites in Europe (up to 20%).
Excellent teamwork skills, pleasant assertiveness and proactive approach.
High level English.
