Description:

Inneractive is looking for a kick-ass, big data hands-on manager with experience on processing large amounts of data, including streaming real-time data, to join the R&D department. We are looking for passionate people who care about quality code and are excited to build an amazing advertisement exchange and analytics solution with cutting edge technologies in a high volume production environment.

Managerial experience, must have excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity and innovation, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with common Agile practices.
Smart, interdisciplinary, fast learner and a team player.
Proven innovation experience in building cutting edge products/technology.
At least -7 years' experience with processing and analyzing large volumes of data and take on scaling and performance challenges.
Strong experience with Java server development and cloud services. Amazon EC2 – a strong advantage.
Experience with SQL and RDBMS (MySQL or similar).
Experience with NoSQL platforms (Casandra, MongoDB, etc..).
Experience with a range of big data architectures, including OpenStack, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Hbase, etc.
Experience with streaming process tools and distributed messaging systems (Kafka, Storm, flume, zeromq, AWS Kinesis , etc…).
Experience with ETL tools.
Expertise in script languages and proficiency in Linux systems.
Experience with Spring, Hibernate – an advantage.
Experience with Scala, Ruby, Python or Perl - an advantage.
Complex event processing experience is a strong advantage. Text, data-mining and Statistics background is an advantage.
