Description:
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a portfolio of accounts across various geographies. The account manager’s responsibilities will include:
Representing the company at customer accounts ensuring the customer needs and expectations are met
Establishing productive relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, maintaining regular meetings (both onsite and remote) with customers
Delivering proactive account management including regular assessment of customer needs on an on-going basis
Seeking growth & sales opportunities within the portfolio of accounts
Coordinating between accounts and Earnix personnel from various departments including Sales, Professional Services, Finance and Support.
Managing ad-hoc queries from customer accounts
Maintaining all information of customer activity within CRM platform
At least 3 years of experience in account management / sales
Fluent English – written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage
Good analytical skills
Articulate and sales/relationship oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively abroad.
Motivation, flexibility, ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Strong international experience
Knowledge and experience working in the financial services industry
Experience working in the software industry
Technological and/or Analytics/Mathematics background/education
Language skills
